MadJack Social Founding Preorder
The following specific terms apply to the first 100 paying companies across both Social plans and take precedence over general subscription/refund wording for this offer. This is a paid preorder for future access.
- Organic social: $249 USD upfront and $249/month on renewal. Organic social + paid-ad management: $399 USD upfront and $399/month on renewal.
- The preorder pays for month one of usable access; month two is free. No recurring charges while waiting. The first authorized monthly renewal occurs after both two calendar months of usable access and the full 60-day refund window have ended, whichever is later. Renewals fall outside this founding refund guarantee.
- The selected monthly price is locked for 24 months from usable access. Later offers do not change founding customers' agreed terms.
- Month-to-month. Cancel future renewals anytime. No long-term contract or 24-month payment commitment is required.
- Estimated launch: late November–early December 2026. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. We will notify customers by email if the window changes.
- Cancel before usable access begins for a full refund. Once usable access begins, you have 60 days to request a full refund of all MadJack Social software payments made during that window, including any renewal payments.
- Advertising spend is not included. Customers connect their own payment cards to advertising platforms, which charge them directly. MadJack does not collect or process advertising spend, and software refunds do not include platform advertising charges.
- A paid preorder does not grant immediate access. Usable access, not payment, starts the service months, refund window, and price lock.

MadJack CRM Founding Preorder
CRM has its own first-100-paying-company allocation, separate from Social. The following specific terms take precedence over general subscription/refund wording for CRM founding preorders.
- $129 USD is charged immediately at preorder and covers month one of usable access for two users. Month two is free. Additional users may be added after launch for $29/user/month; they are not charged at preorder.
- No recurring charges while waiting. The first authorized $129 monthly renewal occurs after both two calendar months of usable access and the full 60-day refund window have ended, whichever is later.
- The founding monthly price is locked for 24 months from usable access. This is month-to-month: cancel future renewals anytime, with no long-term payment commitment.
- Estimated launch: mid-December 2026. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. We will notify customers by email if the window changes. Preorder payment does not provide immediate access.
- Cancel before usable access for a full refund. From usable access, you have 60 days to request a full refund of all CRM software payments made during that window. Renewals begin after the guarantee ends and are outside this founding refund guarantee.

Welcome to MadJack AI Solutions ("MadJack", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our platform at madjackai.com and all associated subdomains (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any MadJack tool, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
MadJack provides AI-powered business tools including but not limited to: SEO optimization, social media management, paid advertising management, CRM, email marketing, booking and scheduling, customer support, proposal generation, and analytics. These tools are offered on a subscription basis through our marketplace.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscription and Billing
MadJack tools are offered on monthly subscription plans. Prices are listed on our marketplace. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Some features may incur usage-based charges (such as AI image or video generation). These charges will be clearly communicated before they are incurred, and you will be billed at the end of each billing cycle for any overage usage.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (c) upload malicious code or content; (d) use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications; (e) resell or redistribute the Service without authorization; (f) use the Service to generate content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on third-party rights.
6. AI-Generated Content
MadJack uses artificial intelligence to generate content including text, images, and videos. While we strive for high quality, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing or distributing it. MadJack does not guarantee that AI-generated content will be free from errors, biases, or intellectual property concerns.
7. Third-Party Integrations
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, X (Twitter), Google, and others. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms of service. MadJack is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.
8. Data and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to the Service. You grant MadJack a limited license to process, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service. Content generated by our AI tools on your behalf is owned by you upon generation.
9. Limitation of Liability
MadJack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MadJack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for 30 days following termination.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Refund Policy
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days at [email protected] and we will review your case. Usage-based charges (AI image and video generation) are non-refundable once the content has been generated.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MadJack AI Solutions, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) content you create, publish, or distribute through the Service; (c) your violation of these Terms; (d) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
14. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in the State of Florida. Each party shall bear its own costs. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida for any disputes not subject to arbitration.
16. General Provisions
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MadJack regarding the Service. Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
